This is a blue botanic textured glass perfume bottle with floral atomizer top. It's working atomizer is decorated with dangling glass bell flowers. Made in West Germany after WWII, the original paper sticker is long gone. The bottle surface texture is commonly called "glue chip" and is a very old technique of stained glass artisans.
