This is a pair of 1960s unisex topaz rhinestone cufflinks. They are Art Deco style large squares composed of nine pcs of 8mm topaz colored rhinestones prong sit on gold-tone metal. The pair are marked PAT. 2920363. The patent number date system indicates the design was registerd in 1960.
